How to order your specialist?

You can order him through the website 24/7. If you need a specialist urgently, we will help you on the same day. Orders after 9 pm are carried out the next day or on the same day, but at the rate for urgency.

Should I be at home and wait for the technician?

Of course! You or someone else you trust must be at home. We always advise you to stay at home until the work is completed. If the technician arrives and no one is home, he will call or message you. Then he will wait a maximum of 20 minutes. If you have to wait longer, he can ask for compensation for lost time in the amount of one hour of work.

What about the warranty?

The warranty period varies depending on the job. Installation and assembly have a standard warranty period of two months. In special cases (for example, emergency repairs) it can be changed. Because always better to discuss the exact warranty period with the specialist who will come to your order.

How do I contact the professional?

As soon as you order, you will receive a confirmation email from us with the professional's name and telephone number. We always ask the professional to contact you before the appointment. But our advice is not to wait for that if you already have questions yourself. Contact the professional to discuss the job further.

What is a rush order?

In case of a rush order, a specialist will come to you on the same day to help you. We closely monitor this application and will try to send you a confirmation of acceptance within 20 minutes. Please note that the cost of a rush order is higher than a standard order.

Can I change the date of the order?

Until our employee has come to you, of course, can change the date and time. This is possible if you contact us. After the change, we will resend your application to our specialists. After the specialist has picked up your work, the date and time can no longer be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Who provides the materials?

When our professional brings the material, he incurs additional costs and spends time on the purchase. This is the usual course of business. As soon as you receive the professional's contact information, we ask you to call him to discuss the details of the work. If the professional arrives on site and it turns out that you don't have the necessary materials, he will have to go get them, which will add to the cost of the work itself. To avoid this, agree with him in advance!

Is there a warranty period?

The warranty period varies depending on the work. Installation and assembly have a standard warranty period of two months. In special circumstances, such as emergency repairs, it can be deviated from. It is always better to discuss the exact warranty period with the specialist who will come to your aid.

Payment

How do I get an invoice?

After completing the work, the specialist fills in all the data, such as the hours worked and the materials used. After that, you will receive an invoice by email with a link for payment. You can pay the invoice directly to the company's current account or card account.

I have a rental house. Who pays the bill?

When you apply for a job, you become our client. Your name is on the invoice, so you bear the cost of ordering the services. We are outside the agreement that the tenant makes with their landlord.

My insurer has to pay. Can I wait?

No, unfortunately, this is not possible. The person requesting the work is fully responsible for paying the invoice. You are our client, your name is on the invoice. You can pay this invoice and then send it to the insurer, who will then transfer the money to your account.

Can I pay in installments?

After the work is completed, you will immediately receive an invoice by email. You can easily and safely pay to the company account. The invoice must be paid immediately upon receipt. If you want to pay in installments, it is better to discuss it immediately during a call with us. I think that we will find a compromise.

When do I have to pay?

After the work is completed, you will receive an invoice by email, which you can pay within a day. After all, the service has been rendered. If payment is not made, you will receive a reminder in a couple of days. The exception is when you agreed on payment in installments.

What rates do you use?

Rates may vary depending on the category and job. We always try to estimate the cost in advance when talking to you. We will ask for an hourly rate for some types of work. For other jobs, a fixed price or a price per square meter applies. So we try to inform you in advance as best as possible. For some jobs, we also show a calculation that will give you the full price for the job. The minimum order is always 1 hour of work. This is the only way to pay for a specialist to come to do a small job.

How do you determine rates?

All prices we use are based on average values. But sometimes they can change and depend on time and urgency. We always try to estimate your order so that you know the approximate budget of the work.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

Call-out costs will be included in the cost of work and materials. The exception is a preliminary agreement between us.

Why is the rate higher for urgent work?

In case of urgent work, we do everything possible to help you as quickly as possible and at any time of day or night. Professionals charge a higher rate for emergency services. We change our schedule to help you as soon as possible. Therefore, the rate for work may change.

Issues

The job is badly executed.

This is very annoying. We naturally ask our professionals to do a good job and put the customer's satisfaction first. The professional is responsible for doing the job properly. If you are still not satisfied with the result, please notify the professional immediately or let us know within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. Call us to do this. If it concerns a small problem, you can still try to solve it together with the professional. He always has a legal right to a second chance to do the job properly. In this way, you help us to support only high-quality professionals. Professionals who do not do a satisfactory job will be fired.

The specialist is late.

We expect our employees to always stick to the schedule. Before contacting us, try to contact the specialist yourself first. Perhaps there are force majeure circumstances that result in their delay. For example, a car breakdown or an accident.

The worker wants to reschedule the appointment.

If we have accepted your order, but the worker wants to reschedule the visit to you. They can reschedule the appointment only with your permission and only for a valid reason. If this happens, we will contact you and guarantee that you will still be provided with assistance. In this case, another of our specialists will come to you.

Your employee does not have any materials with them.

We always try to discuss with the customer in advance whether materials are needed and which ones. Then our employees will be able to prepare well for the meeting. If agreements were reached on this matter, but the employee arrived without materials and was not ready for work, we apologize to you. Ask the employee to solve the problem with materials. In this case, no fee is charged for the additional time spent.

Where can I report another issue?

If you are not satisfied with the final result, please inform him or us immediately within 72 hours. In most cases, a professional can still immediately resolve the issue for you. We always encourage this. In some cases, we may send another professional to help him resolve the issue. This is also clearly described in our terms and conditions.

Can I pay in cash?

It would be correct if you paid to the company account. We will issue you an invoice and send it to your phone or email.

If the worker cannot complete the work.

If difficulties arise during the work that prevents success, the worker must notify you and us. He must explain to you what is happening. Then contact us so that we can send a more qualified worker to help. If our worker cannot complete the work due to his weak qualifications, it cannot be considered complete until it is finished.

The customer wants to cancel the order on-site.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the during the job. If the customer wants to cancel the order, he/she must contact us by phone. If the customer cancels the order during the arrival of our employee, i.e. already on the site, then you may receive a cancellation fee of 25 euros. Please contact us first, perhaps we can find a solution together!
